I had a great experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care. They took the time to ask questions, listen to my concerns, and explain things without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s nice to leave an appointment feeling like you were actually heard and cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr. Loy was absolutely amazing with my 8-year-old daughter during her very first eye appointment. She was extremely anxious and scared about going, but Dr. Loy was so kind, patient, and reassuring that she quickly helped her feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything in a way my daughter could understand and made the entire experience positive and stress-free. We left with a smiling, confident little girl instead of a frightened one. I can't recommend Dr. Loy enough for anyone looking for an eye doctor. I have just started here, but already love it! Everyone is so helpful, patient, and efficient. Dr. Loy really listens and is very easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable with her calm, personable demeanor. I usually have a hard time talking to medical people, but not here. She also sees my children and they love her also! Dr Loy is very professional and knowledgeable. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She explains everything in detail and in a way you can understand exactly what is going on with your eyes. The offices are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable From the receptionist to the optometrist to the help we received picking out our new glasses! I can’t say enough about how fantastic our experience was! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing new glasses or an eye exam!
