I am beyond grateful for the staff at this office! The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. Anita made the process comfortable and easy. We did experience a speed bump in the delivery of my order of contact lenses. Due to the heavy snow storm, the package ended up lost in the process. Anita was very quick to clearly communicate the issue to me and then immediately offer a free pair of frames for the inconvenience, free of charge! Anita was a friendly, informative and supportive contact throughout the process. At the end, she gave me a gift bag of goodies with a thank-you note and a personal twist! It was perfect! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for vision care services, this is now my permanent place for my eye care! Thank you Anita for being the amazing person you are, I appreciate you and the whole staff! Thanks for everything!

I had a very special order that I needed done. No longer able to wear contacts meant no longer able to wear my fave pair of sunglasses. I knew there was only one place to start. Love Your Face Optical!! While I was there, I decided I may as well get updated glasses also. Not only did Anita take my order, she delivered them in better shape than what she got them. My new glasses? Beautiful!!! The exam was also more precise than I have had in awhile. I made the long drive from Massillon to Alliance knowing I wouldn’t regret it. I’m so very thankful that my sunglasses are now prescription and I am loving my new regular glasses. Superb! Thank you Mrs. Anita Faudree and please extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in the process. I have never been this happy with an eye appointment and the results after. Finally I can see!

Went here off of a recommendation and my wife and I loved it. Everyone was so friendly and the doctor was so thorough. When it came time to pay, everything was broken down so there was no surprises. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in need of an eye doctor or new glasses. We will definitely be back!
