My doctor visits have been good, but I am disappointed in the staff. I have a warranty on my glasses. I went to take them in and figured it would be a week or two before I would get them back. It has now been 2 months. My frames are back ordered which happens I understand but I would call once a week or every other week and it just seemed like the staff didn't care. Then I call again today and the staff informs me that the glasses are back ordered, it's like thanks. I've been waiting forever to hear you could have Gave me a call and let me know the status, which they did not. Their solution for me was to keep waiting or by new frames and new lenses, what's the point of the warranty? Don't feel like the staff here cares

I have gone to Dr. Haas for a number of years and I am very pleased that she is my doctor. She takes time and listens to you and gives you a reasonable solutions. Her office is very professional.

I needed glasses. I was treated very good n got contacts, transitions lenses glasses, n a regular pair of prescription glasses. One pair of glasses, my transitions, broke, n they fixed them for me. 😁

I had the best experience today. I battle anxiety and the office was extremely encouraging and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment where there were limited patients so I would feel more comfortable. Dr. Haas was amazing and the staff were extremely pleasant. I definitely recommend this office!

The service was amazing and the front desk staff was good with my daughter. The doctor was informative and was able to get a prescription that has me seeing better than 20/20 with astigmatism. We just had our second annual appointment and had good services both times.
