Frontier Vision Clinic

I called a few weeks ago for an appointment and the receptionist was so helpful and kind. I had my appointment today. Walked in and was greeted right away, got paperwork all sorted out and Dr. Pexton came out to get me. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered my questions. He then proceeded to give me a pair of contacts to try for a few days (I have a weird prescription). He told me to give him a call in a couple of days to let him know if they're doing a good job for me or if he needs to tweak something with the prescription. I was impressed with the entire experience. Would recommend

Dr. Pectin is awesome! Very informative, explains everything in detail, answers all your questions and is really nice! Very much recommend!

The receptionist was kind, friendly and quick. She explained the pricing of the optional eye imaging up front incase I didn’t want my eyes dilated. The office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Praxton was incredibly wonderful, informative, and had a lovely demeanor. Highly recommend this clinic! They’re very professional and transparent.

Dr. Paxton was great. Took time to explain things to me, make recommendations based on my individual needs, and genuinely wanted me to learn and have a good experience. You can tell he sincerely cares about his patients, and what he does. He also wanted to know how to improve services, he made a point to ask about the online services they have started to provide and my thoughts on them. On top of that, the prices were more than fair! I’ve dealt with other Vision clinics that will charge you your left kidney for a pair of glasses, and that was not the case at this clinic. The staff was kind enough to walk me through how to obtain my benefits with VSP, and validated my insurance prior to arrival.
