Family Vision Center of Tomah

I am so grateful to have found Family Vision Center and especially Dr Foss 5 years ago. My first visit was in LaCrosse but since then they've opened an office in Tomah. We live in Hillsboro so to be able to go to Tomah to see Dr Foss instead of traveling to LaCrosse was wonderful. I'm so glad that they are so near. The care I have received from all the staff is caring and professional but yet they visit with me like I'm an old friend come to visit. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I appreciate all of you.

This was my first time visiting. I was greeted by friendly helpful staff. The facility was clean, bright and well stocked with frames. Shannon was wonderfully helpful and very knowledgeable answering my questions. I was very impressed overall.

SUPER experience again! I had just come from my eye appointment and my eyes were dilated. They lowered all the shades for me! Very thoughtful. I ordered my new lenses and was out in no time!

My son started complaining of having a hard time seeing the board at school. I called the Family Vision Center and the lady was very friendly over the phone. The day of the appointment, every person we encountered was smiling, said hi and overall seemed happy to be there. I personally have gone else where for myself and my daughter, but after my experience here, we will be switching. By far the best service I have ever received from an eye clinic. If you want 10/10 service and someone who's going to love their job and not seem annoyed youre there, go see the staff at Family Vision Center. Thank you for going above and beyond!
