This was my first visit and what a wonderful experience! I was welcomed at reception and eased through my initial screening and onto my scheduled exam right on time. I had the privilege to meet Dr. Klasman who attended to my exam with through explanations to my questions. My exam was detailed yet completed in a timely manner. Sherry at reception was able to check me out expeditiously and fulfilled a request for me making me feel like the only one in the office! What a great team. Kudos to all! Best Ash Benton

Federal Hill Eye Care was fantastic from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zack Solomon was great. He took the time to explain everything clearly, including the pros and cons of different eye care decisions, and made sure I felt informed instead of rushed. I really appreciated that he focused on helping me make the choices that were right for me. Overall, this was a thoughtful, professional, and patient-centered experience. For over thirty one years I have been living with the residuals of a traumatic brain injury, I was finally diagnosed with BVD which explains same of my symptoms I have been living with for so long. My Neuro-Ophthalmologist Doctor at Federal Hill Eye Care Doctor Scott Klasman not only examined me and treated me there he also referred me to other professionals to continue my treatment for Vestibular testing and Tinnitus treatment and relief. I’am very grateful for the wonderful service and support I received by the Federal Hill Eye Care team.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I have been a patient at Federal Hill Eye Care for several years and have always been satisfied with the care I received. However, when I called regarding an eye issue that required attention as well as a routine eye exam. I was told the earliest available appointment was four weeks away. Even after explaining my symptoms and sharing that my primary care physician had recommended that I see my eye doctor, no earlier accommodations were offered. As a result, I had to seek care from another practice. This was unfortunate, as I had previously been very happy with Federal Hill Eye Care and would have preferred to continue my care there.

Have been a patient of that Office for 40 years. They are friendly and very competent clinicians. Easy access to their office and easy to schedule care when needed. Excellent overall Eye Doctors in the Community!
