I went to get and eye exam and contacts. Dr Jain was super! She was knowledgeable and efficient. The location is optimal and the Office Mgr. was very helpful and nice. He explained things in a direct and concise way. Great experience overall!

Dr. Is great very informative and suggestive. Very pleasant and welcoming. The guy at the front is also stern yet sweet big teddy bear lol. Nice space also.
I went in for an annual eye exam and had my lenses replaced on my glasses. I had to call to see if they were in 4 weeks later after my appointment and the guy who answered said they were ready 3 days after my appointment, which was a month ago. There was zero communication that they were even ready despite the fact that I was told that I’d be contacted when they were ready for pick up. I also dropped them off perfectly fine adjusted to my face and picked them up today completed bent and loose to where they had to be re tightened. They were tightened just enough and are still bent and not even wearable at this point, I will never go back here.
