Dr Frey was awesome. They squeezed me in for an eye emergency and took the time to answer all my questions. I’ve been to both offices with my mother. All the doctors are great, even the staff is amazing! Can’t thank them enough for helping me avoid a serious complication today!!!!

My first visit was mixed. The medical staff was very efficient and thorough, however the administrative staff was rude. They insisted that I was responsible for a $178 Medicare co-pay without checking on my supplemental insurance. I’ve had this particular policy for 5 years and know what it covers. The staff member argued that she’s ’been doing this for years and knows how it works’! I reached out my carrier after I left the office and they confirmed that there should not have been a co-pay (they actually called the billing office to let them know). Unfortunately, I need to wait until the claim is processed before I am reimbursed for the payment.
Today was my first time visiting TCES and to say I am extremely happy with the professionalism and dedication to care they demonstrated is not saying enough. I highly recommend TCES. Thank you Dr. Frye and to your staff for making me feel welcomed, your care as well as providing me all the information I needed regarding my vision. I was very very happy today that she my doctor Flar and my other doctors assistant nurses or something. I was happy to know that all I have is dry eyes. I’m not gonna go blind no way at 81 years old by the time I go blind I’m dead ha ha I’m happy. I was so relieved when I left it today knowing my eyes are perfect. I got 2020 vision and reading is good too. I’m happy. I’m very happy girl lady. Thank you very much.
