Staff has always been courteous and helpful, treat people with respect. They have great follow up/ through care and help with outside referral assistance if needed. In addition to the health care, testing, diagnosing, prognosis, etc they also assist with providing needed medications if patient isn't able to obtain on their own. I highly recommend the "Good Samaritan Homeless Clinic"to anyone in need. They have walk-in service as well as setting an appointment time that would fit better for some on tight schedules or limited transportation assistance. I have received care for myself and other friends /family members a d we've all been treated with the upmost professional ,respectable & friendly positive attitudes. I PERSONALLY PERSONALLY WOULD GIVE TEN STARS. MICHELE M. ...DAYTON,OHIO

The nursing staff is very unprofessional. I had a bad reaction to my medication and the nurse I spoke with basically acted like I was bothering her when I called in to see what i should do. She wont contact me back, although she keeps saying she will talk to the doctor, or should I say nurse practitioner and get back to me. I think she may be off her meds or something. I wish she would do her job and get back to me.

I liked the conveince of the location n staff was never rude, but Ive felt ignored by my primary doctor Sherry Arnold and several time paperwork issues that were her or her office's responsibility have become an issue i.e. surgery releases and prescriptions, so I feel like I need to find a doctor or office that doesn't repeat these issues.

My family received FREE Covid19 testing from this center today! The set up was very organized and the entire staff was friendly and professional! What a blessing!

The staff there are very unprofessional they don't give you the right time for your appointment and they blame it on you even when you show them proof just not a good place to go to and you can tell that people low-income go there because that's how they treat you it's sad that this Clinic is pathetic and I will never go there again
