Five Rivers Health Centers - Xenia Campus

I have Dr. Leeds and he is so great and good listener. He takes care of all your needs and sends you to get all the test you need and to see the specialist if needed. I have also seen Dr. Hough and he is great also. I have been to the dentist and they are amazing! They helped me with a dental problem that 3 other dental clinics claim they could not help me. If you are looking for good doctors they are here and they have scaled prices if you don’t have insurance.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is still not an option, thanks Google. I had a scheduled appointment with this circus last week. I arrived 15 minutes early like I was told on the confirmation letter of said appointment. I went to the counter to check in, they didn't see any appointment for me. Asked if I had been seen there before, I said no. They then proceeded to point out on a sign that said not accepting new patients. Since I called the call center, maybe that sign needs to be posted on the cubicle where they take calls. I am temporarily disabled and had to make arrangements for transportation to the facility. To summarize, they would rather make you feel stupid rather than admit that their carnival is at fault and apologize. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any dental needs. If the back is anything like the front office, I would consider this a blessing. *PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR ANY DENTAL NEEDS*

I had an excellent experience at the Five Rivers Health Center in Fairborn, Ohio. The staff is incredibly helpful, respectful, and professional. A special shoutout to Cheyenne A., who went above and beyond to assist me. She was awesome at her job, ensuring everything was set up smoothly and efficiently. It's rare to find such dedication and care in service these days. Highly recommend this office for their outstanding support and commitment to patient care!

I see Stephen Hough FNP and he is absolutely fantastic! He cares about his patients! He listens and he’s always supportive and helpful with every single issue I’ve had! Then on top of it; he has an amazing nurse who I absolutely love! Troy lights up my visit every time I see him! He’s gentle and I never feel his needle sticks when he has to take blood! He always gives me a smile and makes me feel at home! I gladly drive an hour to see these amazing health care providers! Keep up the great work Stephen and Troy!!!
