I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I really love the service they provide. I dropped off my frames at 12:00 PM, and they had my prescription lenses ready by 2:00 PM the same day. I highly recommend them for their fast, professional, and excellent customer service!
A little under a year ago, I bought a new pair of glasses from Flatbush Optical. They were very kind, patient, and accommodating. I didn’t feel pressured into anything and got exactly what I wanted for a great price since they accept my insurance. I stopped by today to get my glasses tightened. Once again, they were courteous, professional, and helped me out immediately. I was in and out in under 5 mins. This is definitely my go-to spot for anything contacts or glasses related. One thing to note - if I recall correctly, they are not able to perform contact lens exams, only eyeglass exams.
wanted to leave this place a one so bad because I had an 11:45 am appointment and wasn’t seen until 1:30. In my interaction with who I believe to be the owner, he especially doesn’t value his Black customers for a reason I don’t want to get into here. That’s my experience, and my feeling towards that guy. The only reason I’m giving this place a decent rating because the staff: the receptionist, the ophthalmic technician and the ophthalmologist all were such beautiful and kind people. They were actually apologetic (the owner didn’t even have the decency to offer me an apology), and just a pleasure to speak with. I don’t know if I’d be back but those ladies will forever be blessed.
Had an amazing experience at Flatbush Optical. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Luka helped with the selection of progressive lenses and he couldn’t be more nicer. If you are looking for an outstanding service with care and precision, this is the place to visit. Highly recommend!
