I came into a very busy office, the person at the front desk was polite and helpful with my paperwork. After a short wait I was taken to an examination room by a gentleman named Carlos. He was very kind He had a very easy relaxed manner about him. He was excellent at what he was doing, put me at ease immediately.He explained everything he was doing and why. After I was ready Dr Schechter came into the room and examined me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. He was very caring , He put it on a personal level . When the Dr was done his assistant Jenny came into the room to make sure that I understood all of the Drs instructions. Again she was also polite and very personable . It must be a great place to work because everyone I came in contact with was very happy and seemed to be having a great day. I look forward to my next visit. A++

Florida Eye was a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice & very kind. I was so happy to be there. Ginny was delightful and we were both from Michigan so had much to talk about as she did the tests in a very professional way. Then when I met Dr Schecter he was a very gentle and friendly guy. I had a wonderful time at Florida Eye & would always recommend them to anyone I met. I will be back and think they are all Top Drawer. So glad Dr Butler recommended you.

Dr. David Seamont is truly one of those rare physicians you never forget. From the moment he meets you, there is something in his presence that immediately puts you at ease. He is kind, gentle, patient, and incredibly intentional about the care he provides. There is a difference between simply being skilled at what you do and understanding the responsibility that comes with caring for another human being. Dr. Seamont embodies both. He takes the time to listen, to explain, and to make sure you feel safe—not rushed, not overlooked, but genuinely cared for. The compassion and patience shown by Dr. Seamont and the entire team at Florida Eye Micro Institute go far beyond what I expected. His professionalism, expertise, and calm demeanor gave me a tremendous sense of reassurance during a time when that reassurance mattered. I am deeply grateful that Dr. Seamont was recommended to me. He has now become an important part of the team of specialists I trust with my care, and I do not take that lightly. Exceptional medicine requires knowledge and skill. Very happy with Dr. Rowlands. For most appointments we are seen in a timely fashion, meaning within 60-75 minutes. This last visit however took literally 3 hours from check in to check out with approximately 45-55 minutes of actual patient engagement. Don’t recommend making afternoon appointments. 4 stars for patient care but not for appointment management and efficiency.

I absolutely love this place, I highly recommend it. Brianna was so kind and knowledgeable . Ginny was also very personable and made me feel comfortable. Dr.Seamont was great. It’s scary having someone do surgery on your eyes, but I have to say I feel very comfortable with them and trust them.
