This was our first appointment with Dr. Mallie. We switched optometrists when our former optometrist was no longer in our "provider network", sad because he was excellent. After receiving our new in network provider list, it wasn't long after reading reviews and asking questions did we decided to use Dr. Mallie as our optometrist. His website is excellent and easy to maneuver thru to learn about his practice AND be able to book an appointment. I must say, we were extremely impressed and satisfied. He's "down to earth", explains things in laymens terms, office & exam rooms are clean and his staff who greeted us (Mark) did not delay in getting us in and our eye exam started. In all, I and my wife were in and out within 30-45 minutes of our scheduled eye exam appointments with a zero cost, because of our insurance coverage. Frames and lenses are extra cost, of course. We were still able to shop for frames and lenses at a retailer of our choice, and we chose to stay with Costco Optical to purchase our new glasses which is on our insurance company's "in network provider" list. Therfore, I'm pleased to say we've found our new optometrist!
