Terrible with answering phone. Took me a long time to make an appointment then when I had to cancel, I called back numerous times and no one there to answer the phone . I gave them a courtesy call to cancel and could not even leave a message to do Someone should ALWAYS answer the phones at a doctors office.

My Girlfriend and I have been going to Dr Levine who did my Cataract surgery 2 years ago After my surgeries Dr Levine said I’m done, you will see Dr Greer for your follow ups.Well it started out with good to very BAD recently with Dr Greer not having the time to see my Girlfriend with a problem that needed to be addressed. Not only was she on Vacation but Dr Levine at the same time.The office sent us to Urgent care or Emergency Hospital visit WOW what a practice…..When we finally waited For Dr Greers return we couldn’t get an appointment for 2 weeks. Hence we researched another Dr and thank God we found a Much more advanced Dr than Levine or Greer. We couldn’t be happier and if you like to be put off and have Dr Greer tell you Weeks away to be seen then they are the place for you…..

A so-so experience. Zailen in the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She was great in getting me set up before the appointment and Dr. Brown was nice. However, I expressed my concerns about patient privacy being disrespected, and she ignored my concerns three times. I recommend improving the restrooms and the water fountain.

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Christine Greer yesterday. To my pleasure surprise, I had no discomfort in my eyes at all. I was aware during the procedure during the surgery but not distressed by what was happening.. She did an amazing job. I am grateful. My vision has already improved significantly. And nature immediately seemed more vibrant and alive, even on the first day.. I am told it is going to get even better with time.

The front office staff is cordial and attentive. The waiting room is pleasant. What is most significantly important of course is the doctor. I had two cataract processes done and one mini repair. Dr Greer is exceptionally competent, immensely well trained and exceedingly caring. She gets ten stars at least.
