Selection of frames is awesome....BUT....service sucks. They don't answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail, they don't call back. I was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks, or maybe less. After three weeks (with no response to my phone calls), I went in to see them in person. Then I was told the frame has to come from France, it's back ordered, and maybe they would have the glasses in another week-and-a-half. No one had bothered to let me know of the problem with the frame. Oddly enough, however, the full charge has already hit my credit card. Do NOT buy your glasses here!

My doctor recommended The Focal Point. She was right and I am not sorry I followed her lead. The selection of frames was amazing and Becky K was super to work with. She picked out a great choice of frames for me to try as her long time experience in this line of work gave her an eye for what would and would not work for the client. I am pleased with what she and I chose and the glasses were ready in just a bit over a week. Thank you Becky.

Right next to my eye doctor, so really handy. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and transparent. Found me half off discount on my second pair a day after I was there and called to let me know of the upcoming refund to my card. Then again, I'm not picky. If you want an enormous variety and pampering, go somewhere overpriced.

Nice people but poor service. I chose to use focal point because they are right next to my eye doctor. I was told my glasses would be ready in a few weeks and said they would arrive on a Thursday. They did not arrive on the day they said they would and informed me they would arrive in the next shipment the following Thursday. They did not arrive the following Thursday and when I called to ask about them they said they had shipped but would not be in till the following day on Friday. I explained I was going out of town and needed them the day they said they would have arrived. So here I am with out glasses. For the price I am paying I would have expected them to deliver on their quoted expectation. Next time I need a new pair of glasses I’ll go somewhere ells.

Because I am lucky enough to have good vision, KP gives me $100 to spend on non-prescription sunglasses in lieu of yearly appointments. They have contracted with Focal Point for hardware. The cheapest non-prescription sunglasses Focal Point carries are $150. I can go to Costco and get the same brands for cheaper than at FP with my $100 discount. Focal Point also doesn't offer online ordering for anything cheaper.
