We saw the sign outside that said walk ins welcome and decided to stop in. The receptionist kindly greeted us and very kindly helped us fill out the paperwork and check our insurance. I had to translate for my mom and all the workers were very patient and gracious with us. They take a lot of different types of insurance and will even check for you about yours before you get stared - I watched them happily check for other inquiring customers. The place is a little small but it didn’t feel crowded. They’ve made that space work well. Enjoyed my experience and would recommend coming here!!

The receptionist and optician were delightfully polite, courteous and extremely professional. No delays, seen promptly and absolutely satisfied beyond expectation.

What an amazing experience! Doctor Julie was fantastic – incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly. And the assistant (My apologies for not getting her name) at the front desk was equally wonderful, so welcoming and efficient. From start to finish, everyone made our visit a breeze. Highly recommend.

Sandra, at the front desk, is outstanding. She is very professional, courteous, and considerate. Hard to find people like Sandra in these times. Also Dr Tran did an outstanding job in getting my glasses prescription correct. I highly recommend Sight Solutions at Costco
