Focal Point Optometry is the best! They run on time and the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. The front office is spotless and the employees are amazing! I have referred friends and family and will continue to do so.
I went to Focal Point of Optometry in Anaheim Hills yesterday and had a really good experience. The office uses modern, state-of-the-art equipment, and everyone there was kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I was seen right away with no wait, and since I was the only patient there at the time, the whole experience felt very personal and catered to me. Of course they also have to put on their sales hats, but I can’t fault them for that. They are also a business and business’s need to make money. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid optometrist in the area.
I would highly recommend Dr. Arellano and his staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. Dr Arellano took his time with me and made sure my eyes were in good shape. I will continue to return to Focal Point Optometry.
Been having Dr Charm do my eye exams since I was 1 (I’m 48 now) and he does a great job, very thorough, excellent, and sweet. He’s a great doctor who actually cares!
I was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Cheng seemed very thorough and took his time. He also gave me helpful instructions to address my eye soreness. Focal Point Optometry is very professional and welcoming at all levels of interaction.
