I had an incredible experience here today! I brought in an old pair of Under Armour sunglasses from that mean a lot to me—they’re tied to a fishing trip in Clearwater where I caught my first sharks, one of those rare, genuinely great memories. They had been broken for months, and I was told they might not be fixable. Not only did the team take the time to work on them, they ended up fully repairing them at no charge. What could have been a quick “sorry, can’t help” turned into something that actually meant a lot to me. It’s rare to come across that kind of kindness and effort anymore. Truly grateful—highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at this office. The staff was warm, patient, and really took the time to explain everything. What stood out most was their excellent bedside manner - calm, respectful, and genuinely caring. Plus, their patient portal is super user-friendly. Makes scheduling, checking results, and messaging so easy. I felt supported every step of the way.

Im working from out of state and went in with out out appointment. They were able to get me in (on a friday afternoon) for a contact fitting. One of the best costumer service I have ever seen. Every one was extremely nice and professional. I would recommend Focus Eye care to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I switched my care over to Focus eye care and I cannot tell you how much easier it was. My daughter and I did not spend forever in the waiting area, they were prompt and so polite. The Doctor was kind and we were told that they make their own product in house! Greatest news ever. They ship to your home. Our last place never remembered to send our products to us*even paying shipping* I am thrilled with this place.
