Walmart Vision Center

I came in to check prices on replacement lenses...mine were already replaced with insurance at another opticians office and they were not helpful to me at all. Sheena looked at my glasses, sat down with me and went over options of quality and pricing. Sheena spoke to me and educated me about the different lens options and coatings. I ordered new replacements right then. Walmart is out of network for my insurance so I have been going somewhere else for years. Sheena let me know about filling out a claim for reimbursement with my insurance company. I am go happy I went to Walmart. Honestly, This is probably the most thorough and educational experience that I have had in years.

I have been getting my glasses adjusted here for years. Sheena is absolutely fabulous and always goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend her for all your eyewear needs!

Brenda was amazing. I came in with a crooked eyeglasses that I could not tighten (bc according to Brenda) my eye glasses had a special hinge that I was not aware of, that needed special attention and she fixed it without hesitation. It is nice to know that she knew what she was doing and fixed it immediately. Thank you Brenda!!!

My experience was absolutely terrific at the Walmart Vision center! I had the pleasure of working with Sheena Thompson and she provided me with excellent customer service and was very efficient and made it a smooth process! Sheena actually helped me before I ever came into the store (Over the Phone) by letting me know I can use my current prescription and easily swap it out into a new pair of frames! That helped me tremendously. Sheena helped me Narrow down my choices for frames and she understood my budget which made it easy. She also gave me good feedback when I was trying on different frames. Sheena did a great job influencing me on getting the (Very affordable) warranty without being pushy about it. All in all it was a first class experience and it made my day:) I love my new Glasses! I went in just to see if they had any kits to repair frames. Sheena assisted me in locating and showing me where they were. I told her about my glasses and how they were loose. She asked if she could see them, took them in the back, came back out, and explained to me what part was the trouble after she fixed them. She even cleaned them before handing them back. Sheena Thompson went above and beyond my expectations and made my whole day! 100/10 would recommend. She was helpful, happy, and calmed my nerves about the whole process. Overall a pleasurable experience. She deserves a raise!
