Dr. Hales is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk into the office, you feel welcomed and cared for (+ scheduling was also easy and flexible). He took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His kindness and patience stand out just as much as his expertise. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such thorough care with such a warm, reassuring presence. I’m so grateful to have found an eye doctor who not only takes great care of my vision but treats me like a person, not just a patient. Highly recommend!

This is the best eye clinic I’ve ever been to. From the doctor to the staff, everyone is very accommodating and patient with all of my questions. The doctor is very thorough and makes sure to perform all the necessary tests to provide the best results during my eye visit. I highly recommend this clinic.
