Beware of Dr. Jane Liang's Deceptive Stye Treatment Practices: A Parent's Warning I write with deep dismay regarding the appalling service received at Dr. Jane Liang's stye treatment center. Despite the reassurances and promises offered, our encounter has been nothing short of a harrowing ordeal. Following a referral from our child's optometrist, we were presented with a treatment plan priced at a staggering $2,200, coupled with grand assurances that the stye would be permanently eradicated. These assertions were repeated ad nauseam, with Dr. Liang even suggesting visible improvement after a mere two visits. Trusting in her professed expertise, we consented to the treatment regimen. Yet, after enduring five sessions, the stye, persisting. We have to continue on the treatment and has been continued since the previous year. The stye remains steadfast, showing no signs of abating. To compound our distress, Dr. Liang has brazenly demanded an additional $1,200 to continue the plan, with a technique purportedly integral to the original plan. But, regardless of the technique use, didn't she promise the stye will be heal and gone completely? Why now ask for more payment when she failed to deliver her treatment? This demand for further payment not only reeks of audacity but also lays bare the deceitful underpinnings of Dr. Liang's enterprise. Crucially, at no juncture during the initial consultation were we apprised of the potential for supplemental charges in the event of treatment failure. Instead, we were ensnared in a web of false hope, led to believe that our child's affliction would be unequivocally resolved. Dr. Liang's conduct is reprehensible, amounting to nothing short of a calculated scam. By peddling unfounded assurances and subsequently foisting the financial burden onto her clients when those assurances predictably falter, she exhibits a callous disregard for the welfare and trust of her patients. I implore all discerning parents to exercise utmost vigilance and conduct exhaustive due diligence before entrusting any medical professional with their child's care. Dr. Jane Liang's establishment is emblematic of unscrupulous practices and is to be unequivocally avoided. Let this cautionary tale serve as a shield against falling prey to her duplicitous machinations.

I had a wonderful experience at Focus Vision Optometry a very professional and friendly staff just to start. Dr. Liang was the best optometrist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She immediately put me at ease and was funny and explained everything before I could even ask. Professional and thorough with a friendly disposition that was contagious. Focus Vision has been the most suitable optometry I've ever been to. I've been to a few different optometric centers before but none have ever satisfied me as much as this one. When I went for my eye exam, I was greeted by welcoming opticians at the front desk. The check-in went very smoothly and I was taken to the exam room quickly. I was seen by Dr. Jane Liang and she took really good care of me (and my eyes). She is a very enthusiastic and joyful doctor that makes me naturally feel at ease. I was able to open up to her with my issues regarding my eyes and even shared a bit about my personal life. When she heard about the situation with my eyes, she suggested a few different options I could take and I chose to get a dry eye treatment. I definitely felt relieved after having it done. The dry eye treatment I did included a relaxing heated eye massage that I was able to do on the same day, which was super convenient. After the treatment, I went to talk to the optician Carol, who generously spent time picking frames with me. She presented multiple eye-catching frames that caught my attention and her knowledge on glasses was at a professional level. I can tell she spends a lot of time to satisfy a patient's standards. The copay portions seemed reasonable to me and I got a special kind of frame that really fits my facial features. Even though I spent a lot of time picking the frame, Carol was very patient with me (which I am grateful for). When I went to pick up my glasses, another doctor (Dr. Cecillia Chiu) was there and explained all the benefits of my glasses once again. She also seemed very enthusiastic and made sure I walked away with no issues. After I tried on my glasses, I felt like I had seen a completely new world. I have never seen anything clearer before and the glasses were very lightweight. Unlike before, how my ears and nose area would feel tired from wearing glasses throughout the day, this new pair does not make me or my head feel fatigued at all! I am super glad that I decided to come to this optometry and will look forward to my future visits here.
