Came in initially for just an eye exam which wasn’t planned but was able to get one and then started asking a few questions and it was all uphill from there. Logan, Braxton and Laura were all super helpful with any questions/concerns we had. 100% satisfied with the 3 pairs of glasses we purchased and will be back and highly recommend to friends and family. Staff could not have been more professional !!!!! Thanks Again

My experience at For Eyes was exceptional! I had not been to the eye Dr in 5 years and needed an exam, contacts and frames. Dr. Hill was amazing and took the time to ask and answer questions, also made sure my contacts were the best fit, I left with them in and they felt so good. Laura helped me with my frames and contact order. She became one of my favorite people! She was so friendly and helpful. The electric blinked for a minute which made all the computers reboot, but she kept her cool and sense of humor. And we were laughing at the end. I left feeling really good about my purchase and overall, I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Canceling an appointment just because I can’t confirm by phone is unacceptable. If I schedule online, complete the paperwork online, and select a time, there’s no reason for the appointment to be cancelled the day of. It defeats the entire purpose of offering online scheduling. It’s inefficient, inconsiderate, and creates a terrible customer experience.
