Excellent service. Today, Saturday, June 27, I was helped by a very attentive young man who took the time to check whether my insurance qualified for any applicable discounts. It was a pleasure purchasing two pairs of glasses at your optical store in Tysons Corner. Thank you!

We were greeted as soon as we arrived and asked if we needed any assistance. The sales associate was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our visit. They made the experience pleasant by answering our questions and providing excellent customer service.

I arrived early for my appointment. I was greeted promptly even though the store was busy. Staff checked to see if the doctor could see me early. While I waited, I was shown styles of glasses that might fit my face. The assistant and the doctor explained every step of the exam and made me feel comfortable. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I felt the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Warby Parker Tysons Corner.

Everyone at this location was absolutely wonderful to work with. I recently visited Warby Parker for my glasses and contacts eye exam, Dr. Wah took great care and explained the process since this would be my first time using contacts. I’ld also like to thank Jennifer, Nicole and Xavier who were great! They took the time to help me choose my new frames and order my new contacts.
