They were amazing, finally the UAW got an eye care provider that cares and takes time. There was no rush to get me in and out. Everyone at the Warren facility shall be given the highest of compliments.
Pretty good place, not flashy but good selection and polite staff. Been going there for a few years now and definitely will return.
Loved the prompt service I received from Fortney Eyecare Associates of Warren. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a thorough eye exam.
I’m a first time customer and for first time customers first impressions are everything. First I’ll say the staff is very nice no issues there. They’ve been nothing but respectful and helpful. On the flip side I really feel this company lacks the means to prioritize getting the job done. After waiting a week for glass’s, I went to pick them up and it was completely wrong and not what I asked for. Mistakes happen I understand this that’s fine I’ll wait for them to be fixed. Another week goes by and my glasses are still not ready. They couldn’t fix the previous botched glasses so they’re going to remake the glasses entirely. You would think that would have been the first steps they would take as opposed to making someone wait an additional week before they realizing they can’t fix the glasses. So now I have to wait another week. Which means I’ll have waited four weeks for glasses! If they can fix their way of Executing orders and prioritizing them I think they can be a phenomenal place as for now they may have just lost a potential customer for the near future
