I had an excellent experience with A.D. at Frame Masters in Covington, GA. A.D. went above and beyond to make sure my new lenses were installed in my frames before I left for vacation, even though my trip was earlier than the original pickup date I was given. He was professional, courteous, and cost-conscious, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His outstanding customer service and willingness to accommodate my schedule truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend A.D. and Frame Masters to anyone looking for quality eyewear and exceptional service. I'll definitely be back!

When I first walked in Ad gave me a Great welcome into his office i tell you my glasses had some issues so I thought hey the brother took care of me it was like 👍 I hadn't seen him in five years, but God lead me here a wonderful experience, if you haven't heard about him well too know. This place has designer name brand frames. They had so many to choose from also that l know you would enjoy and love. The customer service was so wonderful. What a great shopping experience. Thank you Frame Masters!

When I tell you that this was the best experience I've ever had in choosing eyeglasses. Fro the moment I walked in the door I felt appreciated. AD is the absolute best. He walked me through the process of choosing the right frame. I'm very picky about my frames. AD was beyond patience with me. Within two weeks my glasses were ready. The fit was perfect from the beginning. Will definitely be returning for any eyewear I may need in the future.

I had called a couple of other optometrists for help with a broken glasses temple, but they didn't listen or care. I needed this fixed because of an upcoming trip next week. Yesterday I found Frame Masters online, I called & spoke to A.D. who put me at ease by giving me options and setting my expectations. I went today and in a few minutes he fixed me right up with a new set of frames. His customer service and attention to detail surpasses what I normally experience at the regular optometrist. Now I'm ready for my trip.
