This was a very pleasant experience. From check in, to eye exam, to picking out glasses, to check out everyone was respectful and professional. We were greeted the second we walked in and thanked on the way out. Great experience overall.
From check-in to the actual exam, my entire experience was great! The ladies at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. They were friendly and very informative as it was my first time at this office. I'd received a confirmation call a few days prior to coming in and was advised to complete my forms online to make the check-in process proceed smoothly. This helped as well. The doctor was very thorough in the exam and the knowledge provided as to what the exam disclosed. The process of selecting frames for prescription fulfillment was even very easy, and those individuals also offered great customer service. Overall, a great experience.
The staff and doctors were great. Everyone was friendly and nice. The exam was fast. But they didn’t tell me the fee would be almost $200 until after I had completed the exam. I was under the impression the exam would be $10. I would have scheduled after payday next week had I known. This was $200 I wasn’t anticipating paying. And today is my birthday. This ruined my plans
Friendly staff. They were attentive to their guests. They checked up on me frequently as I looked for the frames of my choice. Also, they all seemed to work well together. It was refreshing to see co-workers laughing and having fun, while maintaining professionalism. I I formed of my options, and the Associate even told me about the 30 and 50% options.
The actual eye exam was great. I had absolutely no issues with the doctor. However, the associates working up front have little to no professionalism. The one associate told me she would be right over to help with my insurance never came over. She sent another associate who had a horrible attitude when conveying my insurance information to me. She should not be allowed to interact with the public. She was young, angry, and unprofessional. I will not be back just for these reasons. You have lost a customer.
