Menae Miller OD Next To Walmart

I have been a happy Wal-Mart customer for over thirty five years. I continue to be satisfied each and every time I shop there. It is my one stop shop spot and especially when i'm pressed for time. I look forward to being able to go and get all of my needs met... groceries, clothing, furniture, toiletries, gardening, floral, housewares, toys, pet food/supplies, party supplies, and anything else I might need. Oh, and ALL at an affordable price! Wal-mart rocks!

From what I've experienced, this Walmart location has improved over at least the last year. The food is normally well stocked, the floors are clean and the bathrooms are consistently cleaned. I attribute it to a gentleman by the name of Keem whom I thought was the manager; but is the team leader. He might as well be the manager because you can visibly see and hear him direct the teams and he greets customers with a smile. The team members in the Customer Service Department, the self help registers and at the door are the most helpful and show care. The team members who fulfill outside orders by shopping for customers could use a little more training on being courteous with customers. I understand they are on a mission; but most I've seen are on their phones while fulfilling the orders and not paying attention to where they park their carts. Also, the guys who do the stocking (a few of them) could learn to be little more attentive to customers around them. All in all, I can actually see that employees are being placed strategically based on their level of customer service experience and it's obvious that progress is being made and progress takes time. Congratulations to all!

I can rely on Walmart to get me what I need. Walmart is my "go-to" for everything and I love how convenient they make it for me to get my shopping done hassle free as a single mother. I love the freshness of their products and im loyal to the Great Value brand. I especially love that they source an item if they dont immediately have it in stock, then deliver straight to my door for free. I also love how easy it is to return an item if I need to and the grace period they give to return. That extra time is helpful to someone thats always on the go like myself. The process has never been tedious to me. I love having the convinence of the vision center, the nail salon, and the cell store all in one. I absolutely love my customer experience whether its in store, pickup or delivery everytime. Thank you Walmart!

I walked into this Walmart and I was just amazed how the kids section was very organizing and clean. I saw this Minnie mouse toddler bed that my daughter is in love with she is in love with the character Minnie mouse. It was a good price when I got home to sit up was so fast and efficient. My daughter loved his bed. She never wants to get out of it. Thanks to Walmart.

The manager Keem is so great! I came in tonight and bought a little over $400 in groceries. He helped me to my car, made sure any questions I had were answered. So kind and professional. This is the Walmart I will always go to because of his and the cashiers Kindness!
