The Eye Center

This was my first time there. They called to confirm my appointment (a message saying, it would be $44). I thought surely not; because I have insurance, and my co-pay is $5 for an eye exam. When I came for my appointment she stated "It's $39 for our Retinal Imaging." I replied, just dilate my eyes. I don't want the imaging. She stated "We won't see you unless you do the imaging". I was going to cancel my appointment and she said it would be $25 if I cancel. I did the eye exam(Retinal Imaging), I had to put it on my credit card because I came prepared to pay only $5. They should give you an option; dilate your eyes, or retinal imaging. I don't plan on going back to "The Eye Center".

Dr. Grosswald is so personable and professional. I am grateful that he took the time in what to me was an emergency situation, and he resolved my issue quickly. Thank you so much. His staff is very helpful also. They come highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at the eye center. Was educated by a great team. I been having issues with my sight for years. The exam was affordable, high quality, the techs were pleasant and the Doctor explained everything as he went along. He busted some myths for me and made me laugh. Didn't make me feel bad for not knowing . Now I got four eyes instead of two. Driving at night is fun again. Thank you for your great services.

I literally have been coming here for about 6 ish years. Love the doctors here, very personable to say the least. But today I really wanted some cool frames walked in about 9:40 ish walked around tried on glasses decal pair not one person spoke to me the entire time I was in the space. Several associates sitting on computers walking past me. The message was clear I am not a client they care to continue to retain I was prepared to buy glasses that day. Glad I saved my money I’ll keep looking around for sure. The service and quality frames they are now getting are horrible compared to previous years. Most of the frames and duplicates of the same style in a different color. Go for the doctors not for the frames and service. Hate to see another amazing small business flip like that. I know the recently went through some changes of new management and it shows and not in a good way. 😢😢

I’ve been going to the eye center for the past four years. My Best-friend now goes there too! I love to work with Kathy when choosing my glasses she is great! Everyone else is very nice and welcoming.
