Well I decided to bring my two youngest who are 3 and 9 with me to my oldest one eye appt who is 17. It was a disaster in my eyes with the toddler but the staff was AMAZING giving the youngest some attention when they didn't have to. I'm grateful for the customer service as I was also able to order a pair of glasses for myself from an appt I had at another location with no issues . Decided to share a photo of the two youngest with the toddler trying on a pair while my oldest was in the exam room. The overall experience was very smooth and was in and out less than an hour.

I've been coming to this Location (which is not the nearest location to my home) but the customer service is the best. The whole experience is nice and smooth and I love that I see the same faces each year. Great job guys!

I am genuinely astounded by the lack of communication and inadequate services I received at the eye exam. Despite my suspicion of an eye issue, I visited the clinic with the expectation of a thorough examination. The initial test was conducted swiftly, and within a few moments, I was handed a prescription without any further explanation. This lack of transparency left me perplexed. I inquired about the nature of my prescription, specifically whether I had nearsightedness or farsightedness, and if glasses were necessary. However, the staff exchanged confused glances, indicating a lack of understanding of my request. The absence of a comprehensive eye exam and the inability to obtain the necessary information left me feeling frustrated and disempowered. The experience was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing and unsatisfactory I have ever encountered.

Dr. Mo was excellent, the remaining staff…Not so much. Very dry greeting, they forgot to send my chart back and thought it was funny when I asked how much longer my wait would be. The young woman completing my pre-work seemed to be very unsure of herself and the tools she was operating. This was my first time using this location and it will be my absolute last. Only one individual asked if I needed help and I did not get his name. Upon leaving they didn’t even try to assist me in finding glasses so I left without a purchase and made my purchase online. Unfortunately, my frames will be delivered to this location, I am hoping for a better experience when they do arrive to the store.
