I thought going to the biggest and newest Frantz location in Ft Myers was going to be a zoo. I have to admit how pleasantly surprised I was at how calm and easy the process was. First, the place is absolutely spotless and clean. The staff was super polite and never made me feel rushed, even though the building had a lot of people in it. The instruments were state of the art. I went through multiple machines and tests for the floaters and flashing lights I was seeing. No doubt that the testing was very comprehensive. I saw Dr Nguyen and she was nothing short of awesome. She made me feel at ease and again, I never felt rushed or hurried. I know where to go if I have any serious eye condition. I'll need cataract surgery in the future and I already know I'll use Frantz. Very nice experience.

I just had my first experience with the Frantz Cosmetics team and felt taken care of from start to finish. One of the managers, Monica, shared their full menu of aesthetic services with me — I was in for a tox touch-up and loved that the team took the time to educate me on products and led with a "less is more" mentality, which is exactly what I look for. I never felt pushed into anything. They also gave me great insight on some scar removal procedures I'm looking forward to exploring in the future. The facility was gorgeous and the staff was so friendly. 10/10!

I met with Dr. Joseph Legiec at Frantz Eye care. He was excellent. And his assistant Christina was also excellent. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. Everything was friendly, reasonable, intelligible, and professional and made me feel very comfortable. They are caring and worthy of your trust...

⭐ 1 STAR — If I could give zero, I would. Fran’s Eyecare is the definition of an eye-factory with zero personal touch and absolutely no real solutions. My husband went in simply needing one lens for one eye. Instead of offering actual care, they slapped a contact in, sent him home for the weekend with no extras, no backup, no guidance — nothing. Surprise, surprise… it got stuck in his eye. He shows up Monday, super uncomfortable, and they tell him, “We can’t help you.” Then suddenly they could… and removed it. The “solution” they offered next? Buy multifocal contacts over the counter and good luck. No evaluation. No options. No care plan. Just laziness dressed up as “eyecare.” After he wasted hours driving there and sitting through their nonsense, I tried calling to get the prescription information he needed — held for seven minutes only to get dumped to an answering machine. No human, no help, no nothing. This place is pure assembly-line eyecare. If you want basic human attention or actual professional guidance, look literally anywhere else. Very disappointed. Total waste of time. Never going back.

I don’t normally write reviews but I HAD to praise the technician that recently worked up my husband at the Fort Myers office. Brock is the technician we had and from beginning to end he was WONDERFUL! He was so kind and extremely thorough. He is an asset to the practice and we will be coming back and requesting him specifically! Thank you Brock for your time and ultimately for caring!
