If I could give zero stars I would. After swearing I would never go here again. I decided I would talk to them about my glasses from a previous visit. I told the man my lenses got swirling marks and became useless. He said he would give me a better lens, almost like safety glass. It lasted one week. I kept trying different cleaners and just got worse. I've had glasses for 58 years and never had to deal with this. They said I must have done something wrong and should have came back earlier. Then I find other people with same issues. They are rude and incompetent.

Spent over $1000 for glasses and designer sunglasses that are stretched out fall off my head , the arm is loose brought it in the tightened them and next day was loose again. For $400 and some dollar glasses for sunglasses that’s not really acceptable. It’s my last time buying from here for quality reasons. The desk staff is really nice.

I had an appointment here this morning, and was really struck by how kind every single person was here. From the receptionists who took my calls and helped me set up my appointment to Doctor Kreger to the sweet girl who measured my eyes for my glasses, they were all helpful, considerate, and personable. They have a large selection of glasses and were happy to help me choose a pair that didn’t look goofy on me lol, and they happily explained how my new insurance works with eye exams — I appreciated that very much. It was clean and I was in and out within a half and hour and I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and easily, too. Every aspect impressed me and I’m sure I’ll be back each and every time I need an exam. Thanks, ladies :)

Very pleased with my first visit to Fraser Optical in Romeo. The staff was friendly and welcoming, office was clean, and location easily accessible. Dr. miller was awesome :) He took extra time to listen to me and my situation, then he explained all examination procedures and results (utilizing some of the latest eye tech equipment I should add) all of which made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Then he offered multiple options to address my particular condition, leaving me to choose the direction that I felt was best for me. Eyeglass frame selection is expansive, and I’m looking forward to returning soon to find a favorite to purchase! No hesitation to recommend Fraser to friends and family! Thanks!

Prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. I've been coming here for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. As a matter of fact I moved from the area a few years ago and choose to drive almost an hour to get glasses/eye exams. I strongly recommend Fraser Optical in Romeo, MI. You can't go wrong with them.
