I went here one time and will never be returning the lady that helps you couldn’t be bothered with anything ,rude , no customer service They do not have a big selection of glasses at all and then when the glasses finally came in, I couldn’t see a thing out of them. They kept telling me to get used to it get used to it, but clearly was a hazard I couldn’t even see to walk or drive never will return.

This place (the Romeo location) is closed more than it's open. I've been trying to pick up my glasses for over a week now. Their website says they're open on Fridays, so I went to pick them up only to find they were closed (imagine my shock). It turns out they only have one person running the place and that individual was on vacation. This is not a way to run a business. As much as I love to support local businesses, I cannot recommend this one.

I love this place! I've gotten all my eye exams here since 2015. The doctor is sweet and answer all my questions. My FAVOURITE person is the woman who fits you for your glasses. I forget her name, but she is blonde, and sits at the desk on the right of the waiting room. She is super sweet and willing to deal with the fact that I am super picky about finding my frames. I have recommended this to all my family and friends in Romeo.

I've been going to Miller Optical for YEARS. Jeff Miller and his folks are the absolute BEST!! They have 2 locations. Romeo and Sterling Heights (Riverland/Van Dyke Rd.) When I didn't have optical insurance they were the ONLY ones to take the time to explain why my glasses were so expensive and what I had control over. Any other place I went to either ignored me or just brushed me off. As long as I am in the Macomb/Oakland County area and they are open for business, they will have me and my family as customers. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me and Miller Optical has it in their DNA!!

Over charges for glasses. Took two months to get glasses. Couldn't recognize cataracts. Advised diabetes testing. Pathetic. Incompetent. That's my opinion!
