Dr. Mark has been my optometrist for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with him or any of the staff here. The front desk ladies are all very informative and friendly, and Vicki goes above and beyond with the patients to ensure they have everything they need when they walk out the door! I cannot recommend this establishment enough to anyone looking for a home base for their eye care :)
I just had my diabetic and eye glass exam at the Richmond location. Dr Miller was absolutely wonderful. He gave me tips on keeping my eyes healthy and I didn’t feel rushed. He took time to explain multiple eye conditions I’m prone to besides the ones I already knew. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. i was greeted with smiling and happy workers the minute I walked in. I highly recommend them and you won’t be disappointed!
Everyone at this location in Richmond, Michigan were amazingly helpful and seem to really care and helped me a great deal picking out my glasses and my sunglasses. Hard to do when you can't see. Anyways. Thanks so much everyone. I appreciate it. I will be back to this location!!!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience during my last visit to Fraser Optical in Richmond!! The entire team was amazing. From the time I called to tell them, I was going to be a little bit late until I checked out with my new contacts.I have been a patient at Fraser Optical for more than 40 years. Mostly at the main office on Groesbeck. When I moved out to the area and transferred to Richmond past experiences have not been that great. The staff at the front desk was abrupt and not always helpful. I haven't been back in a couple of years and I was thoroughly refreshed at the experience I had this time!! Thank you!!!
