Dr. Black was great! She had a super nice personality and made sure I understood everything. They have the latest technology and I feel like a got a very thorough exam. The staff was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

It was my first time at St Clair Eye. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. The Doctor had a great bedside manner. I can't wait to go back and pick up my new glasses.

St Clair Eye provides the utmost eye care for routine and emergency treatments. Dr Caister provides phenomenal eye care and always explains technical terms back to me in a manor that I am able to comprehend and I only trust Dr Caister with my eye care needs. His staff is well trained, professional and very helpful. Big plus, is no more old fashioned eye dilation required, as they provide an electronic digital image of each of my eyes for his eye examination that the image is created in seconds. So no more dealing with the old way of eye dialation eye drops that had after effects lasting 4+ hours. I can now go back to work immediately after my eye appointment and no more light sensitivity or blurred vision with watery eyes from the old eye dilation method was replaced in the St. Clair Eye Clinic by fast, easy, more precise electronic digital eye images. Bravo and thank you for providing me with the latest eye care technology, professional medical eye care and amazing knowledgable experienced eye care staff members.

I’m a broke college student who splurged on a pair of glasses here so I could actually see in my classes! Paid out of pocket, but I personally felt it was extremely worth it, lovely office with staff that seem to actually take the time to care about your concerns. Unfortunately now, they no longer do free adjustments, and instead it is a 35 dollar fee. I bought my glasses here for a reason, under the impression that I would be able to adjust my glasses at any time necessary. I came back from my college town just to get my glasses adjusted, because I believe in supporting my local healthcare system, but walked out when informed of the new fee. Now I will have to go to a chain instead where they will adjust my glasses for free even if I did not buy them there. I truly wish I bought my glasses locally somewhere else. I expect loyalty in return, that is not a given.

Greeted when I came in. I was on time and updated my chart and then I was taken back immediately. Every one seemed happy and enjoyed their job. After exam I was lead over to the eye class area where I was helped to look for a new pair of glasses. The assistant was very patient and helpful. I haven’t purchased glasses yet. I want to comparison shop first.
