Absolutely top notch! From the Doctors to the staff all are patient and listen to concerns. They do not want you leaving with questions or concerns unanswered. The products available range from the affordable to top tier. I use the HD lenses they offer and they’re the best I’ve had. Overall wonderful experience!

The only good thing at this place was the doctor I saw. I ordered a pair of glasses with Frazier after my appointment in May. I didn't get my glasses until mid-June. Once I got them, the lenses would come out at the top and then about mid June, the right lense fully popped out. I took them back in on July 14th asking if they could fix them. I was told that the lenses were too small and they needed to be sent back. They insisted that they would be expedited and that I needed to wear my old glasses with my outdated prescription in the meantime. I asked for a printout of my prescription and the tech said "you're gonna order glasses online?!" And acted as though it personally offended her. She provided me with the printout once I explained that I would need a back up pair in the event one pair was to break again. After 3 weeks of waiting for my "expedited" glasses, I called to ask about them. They advised me that they were in but just hadn't gotten around to calling me yet. I asked if I could just get a refund instead, and was advised that it was past the cutoff for a refund since the original appointment was in May. Even though I've had the glasses for less than a month, and here it is August. I won't be purchasing glasses from this place EVER again, but wouldn't mind seeing the doctor if needed.

The doctor is very thorough and patient, taking time to talk with me and explain everything. The wonderful lady who worked with me to explain benefits and options as far as glasses was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all exactly what insurance covered and even recommended frames. I will definitely go back to this practice for all my eye care.

They started billing CRAZY AMOUNTS NOW. Started adding things to the bill that we have NEVER been charged. This place used to be great . Now after several years we will not be going back due to random charges. They are collecting a crazy amount from our insurance and now from us as well. UPDATE - So I was charged the ridiculous amount due to the lack of knowledge of an employee who kept insisting I was wrong and she was right .. well turns out SHE was WRONG. Another employee corrected everything and was refunded over $200. I asked her to look at what I was charged and look at my insurance and she said , "that is totally wrong".. I thanked her and let her know the situation. Sadly the other employee is still there and I guarantee charging people outrageous amounts

I've been going here for about 5 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of frames. And the Dr's answer all your questions. When you find the right place you dont want to go anywhere else.
