There is nothing worse than seeking professional care and being met with an attitude that makes you feel like an inconvenience. I am honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism at this practice. My experience with Freda was incredibly disappointing; she was dismissive and treated me as if I were a burden rather than a patient. Freda was unprofessional and acted as if I owed her a favor just for being there. It’s surprising this business maintains any patients with that level of service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I had my first appt with them and it was awful. The drive was longer than the appt. The doc was with me for literally like 2 mins, asked 3 questions for each eye and walked out. So my glasses were wrong. I picked up my glasses and told them immediately I couldn't see at ALL through one side, they dissmissed me and told me I need to keep the glasses for a month. Its been a month, literally no change. So now I have to drive out there AGAIN for messed up glasses that shouldn't of been screwed up in the first place. My insurance only covers glasses every 2 yrs, I may just have to stick with my old glasses for another 2 yrs. I wont go to this place again.

When I arrived I had to wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Which okay some people are busy with other things, but when they took me to the back they left me there for 15 more minutes 😭 I honestly thought they forgot about me.They practically fit the test into less than a minute and tried rushing me out the door.For the first time I had to question if going there was even worth it.

I have been a patient for 3 years and I am very satisfied with her care I recommend her to all my family and friends

I had a very bad experience. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, and they didn’t let me in, saying they were on their lunch break. They literally closed the door in my face. In addition, the doctor doesn’t speak Spanish and doesn’t allow any of her employees who do speak Spanish to be present during the exam. During the eye exam, when I explained that I couldn’t see clearly with any of the options, she forced me to choose one. As a result, the exam was wrong, and so were my glasses — for which I paid almost $350. I explained what happened during the exam and told them I still couldn’t see well, that everything looked blurry. They offered to remove the digital lens, claiming that was the reason I couldn’t see properly, but without any refund, and they also refused to redo the exam. In conclusion, I lost my money. I do not recommend this place. Terrible service.
