I recently bought my Ray-Ban sunglasses from this location, and unfortunately they broke while I was going through TSA. I thought they were beyond repair and even visited three different stores, but no one was able to help. Thankfully, I stopped by LensCrafters, where John was able to repair my glasses. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and excellent customer service. He saved me from having to replace my favorite pair of sunglasses. Thank you, John, for going above and beyond!

I had been in three maybe even four optical stores the day that I made the purchase and what I liked about this particular LensCrafters in the sales person was that she was honest about what fit my face what look better what didn’t look good whereas every other store I went to they were just trying to sell me something and no matter what I put on oh, that looks great. Oh yes, that looks you know but it wasn’t the case but this store I didn’t feel pressured. Just a very honest went above and be honest, SERVICE me answer all my questions and I ended up purchasing, and I didn’t even live in the state where I made the purchase. I purchased the glasses in Florida. I live in New Jersey and I’ve been looking for a while. I could’ve purchased any time, but just STORE just went above and beyond to service me. It was a great experience. The sales person Bianca was her name Bianca.. Bianca was awesome

I went here to exchange of pair of defective Ray Ban Meta glasses. Ray Ban sent me a $100 off voucher to exchange my defective pair for a new pair. Gaspere the store lead was trying to force me into buying a pair of prescription lenses, even though the previous pair was a standard sun glass model and I did not have prescription lenses before. Absolutely terrible service. Total scam! Would highly recommend going to a different store or avoiding this store all together if you can.
