Had a very enjoyable appointment here today 07/17/2026. The young lady who checked my eyes was very nice, so sorry I can’t remember her name. The appointment was done by Telemedicine and the technology was amazing. I was taken straight in right away. Everything was perfect, thank you again for being so nice and explaining the procedure to me. Sincerely Mike
Customer service was great. Summer did a wonderful job . She was very patient with me finding the right fit for me. She explained in detail options for my glasses and also financial options as well. Thank you for your patience and genuine interest.
I was looking for an eye dr and I got a remote eye exam, Couldn't see with new rx ,so I went back for a recheck. It was rushed and no one listened to my concerns, new rx given. I went to an actual optometrist and a full exam later, was shown how I would see with new rx and was it totally different. I was not happy with Friendly Eyes. Don't waste your time.
Great experience, I was able to get an appointment on the day of. Kat was amazing and so helpful! She helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I loved. Would highly recommend!
I have been coming here for years now, Kat and Mia are always extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors are all amazing and friendly. I moved over 30 miles away and I still keep my appointments here. That should tell you how great they are!
