Always a good experience. Easy to schedule my appointment, easy check in, clear explanation of any extra fees BEFORE I incurred them, pleasant and un-rushed exam, and reasonable approach to my eye care. My prescription changes a smidge every year or two and there was no pressure to make any changes now. I will continue to use Dr Jansen and recommend her to others.
The doctor was fine but interaction with the administrative staff has not been quality customer service. Many customer service issues. Rude staff and will not be going here again.
Dr. Jansen is incredibly knowledgeable and took time to understand my needs during my exam. She walked me through every step of the exam and explained the technical details as we went through them. She made the effort to talk to me on a personal level and understand my concerns/issues regarding my eye health.
Great overall experience! I set an appointment for my daughter to get contacts for the first time and they walked us through everything. The appointment was made online and they followed up to get the required paperwork handled ahead of time. At the appointment the optometrist completed a thorough exam and patiently worked with my daughter to show her what she needed to do. The doctor was friendly, answered all questions, and her calm demeanor made it easy to work with her. Thank you!
The receptionist was very pleasant and followed up with a confirmation phone call to me regarding my appointment after I registered online. Her prep exam before I saw the doctor was done with care. The doctor was extremely thorough and pleasant as well. She explained her findings after my exam and thankfully the results were positive. She asked if I had any questions afterwards. My overall experience at this office was comfortable and reassuring. Thank you for your kindness!
