I had the best experience at this location! The manager, Pervin, went above and beyond to make sure I found the right pair of glasses and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She made everything easy and stress-free, and I’m so happy with my new glasses. Kia was also very kind and welcoming when I came to pick them up. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them! 😊

The optometrist was nice and very thorough, but the front desk lady was unhelpful and condescending. She told me insurance wouldn't cover 3 months of contacts, and that I had to order 12 months of contacts to get my insurance discount. My insurance only covers $250 worth of contacts, so paying for an entire year would cost hundreds of dollars. When I called my insurance to clarify, she conceded that that my insurance didn't require a minimum amount of lenses but that it was up to managements discretion whether to allow a smaller order of contacts. The women was rude and talked over me as I was trying to talk to my insurance. It doesn't make sense to me. Cohens accepta my insurance. My insurance covers $250 worth of contacts and doesn't require a minimum order. But Cohen's just doesn't feel like allowing me to order a 90 day supply. Seems like a blatant ploy to get more money out of me. What a scam.
I recently visited Cohen's Glasses shop to get new contacts, and the experience was excellent. Stephanie, who assisted me during my appointment, was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and ensuring I had the right lenses. The front desk staff, Luisa and Nancy, were both friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience, thanks to the great service from the entire team.
Sunshine on a Rainy Day! I was seen at this practice 3/16/2026 by Dr. Kim but I would be remiss not to mention the entire staff. Luisa was welcoming and patient able to navigate both my vision and medical insurance. Daffy did my diagnostic pre-exam making sure I was aware of the rolling chair. Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and amiable creating a new relationship built on trust. Moving on to eyeglass selection with Stephanie and Pervin. They are true closers. They offered insurance selections, on sale options and retail frames with assorted payment options. Esti the office manager did not provide direct care by had a watchful eye on operations!
I have been using this location for years. Dr. Kim is great! Luisa and the other team members are all great. But I was most impressed with the service provided by Stephanie she did a great job helping my 8 year old pick out her first pair of glasses and encouraging her to accept her glasses because in no way do they take away beauty.
