The eternal flame fire wall is beautiful and calming. Great atmosphere. The staff is wonderfully nice. Dr's are very great and explain everything in detail so you understand.

My mom had an amazing experience with Emily, the eye technician at Gailey Eye Clinic. She did a phenomenal job—extremely detail-oriented, patient, and very cooperative throughout the entire process. You can genuinely tell how much she loves what she does, and it reflects in the way she cares for her patients. She made everything comfortable and easy to understand. Truly one of the best experiences - highly recommend her!
This place may be nice and they may be friendly. But their scheduling is awful. I waited a month for an appt and when that time came, they called me the day of to reschedule. Another month out. Or offer me to drive an HOUR to see them sooner. No eye dr is worth that.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. Today is May 11, 2026. This place has been trying to get glasses for my wife three times now, it has been since February 2026 and they still cannot get it right. After the second pair, which my wife said were '''so close''--my wife needed a 2nd eye exam--to which we were told would not cost us anything--yet we received a bill for $40. After the 2nd eye exam, Gailey decided to put stickers on the glasses. The stickers made the glasses even slightly better, but still not right. After lengthy phone conversation whereby the lady said she ''would talk to the doctor'' and get back to us. The lady got back to us and said the doctor has an idea now what is wrong and ordered a 3rd prescription but without a 3rd exam.... Went and picked up the 3rd attempt of glasses on Friday May 8th---and guess what? The glasses are worse than the 2nd pair with the stickers. My wife cannot see out of the glasses at all. So today we start the process of asking for a refund of $460 that we have paid. We are hearing that refunds are not a problem except that we will get all but $150 for some reason--- we are going to find out. What kind of place would order a 3rd set of glasses without a 3rd exam? My wife cannot see anything..... Again, we have been going out there since February attempting to get glasses for my wife. Imagine not being able to see since February and here it is May.
The very first time I took my daughter there everything was great..Never an issue with her glasses everyone was super friendly.. The most recent visit the front desk lady was nice when we walked in, when we checked out not so much and it was the same person. The glasses took well over 2 weeks because she was out sick which I understand, but someone should be cross trained to help in that case because her glasses were sitting there however no one there to adjust. She had this second pair of glasses maybe a month and the lens popped out..ok she drives 20 mins to get it fixe, not even 2 weeks later pops out again. My review I guess is mainly for the quality of the product, they weren’t cheap so for them to be falling apart so soon is ridiculous. Not sure we will be returning.
