Dr. Lee canceled on me at the last minute. They basically said, "too bad. Get over it." My child did have glasses for school. Gateway put me on a cancellation list. They got both me and my son in immediately. They were incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. My child left with contact lens that should get him through till his glasses come in. GATEWAY THANK YOU. YOU ARE THE BEST!

Best eye Dr. In town. Excellent bedside manners and kid friendly. The front office staff is friendly and courteous. If your child needs an eye exam come here. All other places ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY.

Came to pick up my glasses and they literally locked the door before 5pm. Stood outside and they still didn't open the door
