My mom’s glasses had a broken screw and I called to see about a repair. Trueshell let us know they had a few repair options and we dropped by. She replaced the screw and the glasses were like new. All for free! Great service!

I had an appointment at 9:30 am and they told me if i could browse the glasses from there even tho I told them I wasn't interested in purchasing glasses from there, but I decided to browse since they told me to wait 15 mins and they where going to call me. I was browsing for an hr before deciding to leave. Inconsiderate how they make you wait like that since they don't know if you have other issues to take care of, that's why we make appointments at a certain time and date. Don't waste your time here make your appointment somewhere else.

I only gave it one star because Google Review required me to at least pick one. However, I chose to give no stars as the only experience I was offered was me showing up to my 2:00pm(granted I was 5 mins late but did call to inform them and was told that would be ok) appointment to be told that the doctor had a meeting at 2:30pm. My options were I could start filling out the paperwork and either wait or come back later after his meeting. As you can imagine this was extremely frustrating and irritating as I was on lunch for this appointment. I felt like this is something that could have been easily avoided had I been informed of this when I called to mention I was running 5 mins behind. At that point I would have rescheduled, but, for them to wait until I showed up to tell me made me feel like they believed my time was invaluable at which point I am more than happy to take my business and money elsewhere. For me it does it is not only about how good the doctor may be because Customer Service is KEY. I'd rather go elsewhere even if the cost is higher.
