These guys were so wonderful!! I just came from another optometrist that I tried out, and they were HORRIBLE. I should've never left Healthy Eyes!!! They were so kind with no attitude like they had a bad day or something like the other place that I went to. Healthy Eyes were very understanding when I said that I had issues doing the Eye Pressure. When she attempt to do it, she told me to look away, and she did it successfully on the first try with BOTH EYES! That NEVER happens ever!! Whenever I go to the eye doctor, the doctor ALWAYS has to check my eye pressure manually... I so appreciate the way they do things there. My eye exam was fabulous. Love the doctor who actually did an exam unlike the other place that didn't but GUESSED on my prescription, which is why I went to Healthy Eyes. The doctor was so kind. He didn't rush and was very thoroughly as one should be doing an eye exam. I so appreciate their work coming from going to a place where the workers had attitude like they hated their jobs. When one goes to any medical facility (optometrist) where they have to work closely with you, they should feel comfortable, and Healthy Eyes had done that for me. The woman who helped me choose my frames was fabulous, too!! Everything was just a breath of fresh air, truly!!! I'll never go anywhere else again as long as I live close by. Check them out!!
I absolutely love the entire staff. They go above and beyond to help you and are always so warm and welcoming. I brought in a pair of glasses that broke not even thinking there was a warranty and they literally replaced them lenses and all within minutes. I am so grateful for their entire team.
I love the staff here. They’re very kind, understanding and friendly. Staff doesn’t push glass onto you just shows you the option with or without prescription.
My wife visited Healthy Eye Optometry for the first time because her vision had become blurry. During the exam, they checked her old glasses and prescribed new ones. However, when she received the new glasses, she could not read up close. After returning to the clinic, the doctor discovered that her old glasses were progressive lenses, while the new prescription had been made as single vision. We were surprised that this was not identified during the initial visit, especially since they had examined her old lenses. Now we are being asked to pay an additional $200+ to change the lenses to progressive, we already paid over $500 for the glasses. We do not believe it is fair to pay extra to correct what appears to have been an oversight during the initial visit. We feel this issue should have been identified from the start. My advice to others: bring your previous prescription when visiting a new eye clinic.
