First time going to Stanton for glasses, and I can say without a doubt I would definitely go again. Got two pairs of glasses and the eye exam for a fair price. Fast forward to picking them up, it took me a min to make it back to Merced bc I live up in the mountains and work there too. And thing had happened delaying me from picking them up sooner. Stanton helped me cover the cost for my glasses and everything when I picked them up. They were such a huge help, and such a welcoming surprise. I will definitely be recommending Merced Stanton Optical to all my friends and family! 🥰 Thank you Merced Stanton Optical for all them help and the amazing glasses! Love my new eyes!

Stanton's product themselves are severely overpriced for the quality. However, the staff at this particular location are very pleasant and patient. One of the arms of my sunglasses broke for no apparent reason other than the material being cheap. I brought them in and Andres laid out my repair options. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go through the standard repair process so he offered to fix them himself right there in the office using a spare arm. So grateful to him because I had a vacation planned that weekend that I needed my prescription sunglasses for!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The doctor technicians were so kind, professional, and welcoming, and they made everything feel really easy and comfortable. Everything was quick, smooth, and well-organized. I left feeling well taken care of—highly recommend!

Absolutely overpriced garbage. Buy one get one free was only $1,000. The prescription is garbage. It took well over 8 weeks to get the second pair and I would hate to bother them with giving me a screw for glasses. I didn't buy there. I will recommend Stanton optical to only people who enjoy going through pain and throwing away money. Enjoy your stay. I've added a picture of the $0.10 case you get with your $1,000 glasses. It will be going directly into the trash

Andres was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. It’s rare these days you walk into a place & you feel welcomed and not rushed! He explained in detail what was best for me, easy to understand, & was very patient and kind. The other workers were helpful too, I wish I got there names. Great customer service!! I’ll be back:)
