Castle Eye Center

I recently visited Castle Eye Center to get my new glasses fitted, and Heather was the one who helped me. She was friendly and professional, ensuring that my glasses fit comfortably and properly. She took the time to adjust them just right, making sure I felt at ease. Heather’s attentive care and positive attitude made the experience a lot more pleasant. I really appreciated how she made sure everything was perfect before I left. Great service!

Castle eye center or the guardian angels of glasses. The technician, her name is Heather, did a wonderful job measuring me to get my glasses. The right fit. The eye doctor. I do not remember her name was very informative and very thorough. The front desk is extremely friendly. I'd recommend them to anybody.

They have not been accepting new patients for several months now. One of my kids was able to get in and get glasses last year, but when I tried making an appointment for my daughter before leaving that same day, they said they are not taking new patients. We've been with Castle Family Health for years, my daughter really needs glasses. Phone staff had no suggestions for anyone else who may accept medi-cal.

Heather, was an exceptinal provider during our visit. She always makes us feel safe and comfortable during our visit. She listened to my concerns and takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with the care the eye center provides and thankful for the compassion and grace they demonstrated to my children and I during our visit. I am thankful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

Larissa from optical was amazing today. My daughter broke her glasses and she was able to do more than I was expecting which was so awesome. I walked out with glasses for my daughter and she helped order replacement ones. She really did what she could to help me out. I appreciated everything.
