Dr. Smith has been taking care of us for years. His office staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Smith is a caring man who interacts with you both professionally and personally. He always asks about family members and how life is going. Blessed to have Dr. Smith in our community.
Great quality service. Staff is polite and attentive. Dr Smith has some long wait times because he is attentive to each and every patient. He doesn't rush through your visit just to move on to the next patient. Been a patient since he started and never a bad experience. Just bring a good book, or something to entertain yourself.
Dr. Smith is through, however he takes his time to see you. My appt was at 11:40 and I was in the waiting area 40 mints before I was moved to the waiting room and I was there about for about 30 mints until doctor finally came in. I didn’t get out until 1:30. 1.5hr waiting for a 30min or less check up. Need to do better Dr Smith.
I recently took my 2yr old son in for his very first eye appointment. Dr. Smith and his staff were amazing. Dr. Smith was very thorough with his exam and is great with toddlers. My son loved all his cute rubber ducky’s. The staff were very nice and didn't mind that my son was dancing in the waiting room. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smiths office.
I have been a patient of this practice since before Dr. Smith took over and the service had always been outstanding. Dr. Smith and his staff have a way of making you feel like family and that is not easy to find. He is very thorough and leaves no questions unanswered which makes you feel good about the health of your eyes.
