The office staff were professional and caring. My 5 year old daughter had a vision appointment. She was nervous, and scared, but Dr. Rhodes, and everyone involved, helped her be strong and finish her eye exam. Now, she will have some CUTE glasses to help her at school! I am so pleased and would recommend anyone to use Geiger Eye Care.
Super amazing team!!!! My first time in contacts and Jen walked me through every step! I also got new frames as well as did my teenager. We are both very particular and they were so patient and encouraging and so very supportive and helpful. The office is clean and inviting.
I'm looking for a new optometrist after an encounter with a disrespectful receptionist there. This receptionist acted as if she didn't care if I was seen by the Doctor. She couldn't even get out of her chair when she spoke to me. Maybe she feels that this Dr's office can't function without her and her job is secure. I've been in public service for 3 decades. I'm a professional. Hey receptionist...if you don't like your job or are having problems at home. Don't take it out on the Dr's patient's...
I'm currently on travel and needed to get my glasses fixed. They were the nearest optometrist to my location. The front staff was warm and friendly! The best part is they fixed my glasses for FREE! This was so totally unexpected! I went in expecting to pay a nominal fee, but they wouldn't let me oay a time ! Two thumbs up!
I had ordered a pair of glasses online and when they arrived, I couldn't see through them at all. I took them to Geiger Eye Care to see if they could help me. They checked the prescription of the lenses and discovered that the online company had completely messed up my prescription. . I was able to wait in the lobby while the Geiger staff cut me a new pair of lenses. They were so friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you all so much!
