Spent well over a half hour just trying to get ahold of someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. They were open and it wasn't during their lunch closure and yet I was repeatedly hung up on after waiting 10 minutes on hold over and over again. Absolutely rude beyond measure. They will not be recieving my business.

I am not happy with the optical shop. They gave me a price for 2 pair of glasses. I agreed to the price and payed in full. 2.5 weeks later they call me and tell me I owe them $70 more. I will never do business here again and cannot recommend coming here. It doesn't matter to me how friendly the staff is if they are incompetent.

Front office staff very rude. Talked down to us. When a wealthy older man came in they were all smiles. Even tried to tell me where to leave her pen I was using. Not many choices in Lawton on our insurance.

State of the art equipment. Good prices on excellent quality and durable eye wear. I'm a truck driver and durability is important.
