My experience was outstanding! From the eye exam with Dr. Koo, to the large variety and reasonably priced frames, the friendly service from Lelani and the other associates & the quick processing time for my glasses. Highly recommended!

Was able to schedule an eye exam quickly and ordered glasses. The glasses arrived in 8 days and prescription was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. My insurance covered the full cost of the exam and I had an allowance toward the price of the frames and lenses. Walmart gave me an additional discount to lower the price I paid out of pocket to zero! Very, very pleased with their customer service and products.

First things first: I love the wide selection of frames!!! I'm not into the current trend of nerdy wide rim glasses. I like rectangle (hipster) frames. I had a hard time finding what I wanted at Pearle Vision and LensCrafters as they almost exclusively cater to the current trend of nerd glasses. So I was very pleased to discover that Walmart carried an array of different styles. I didn't have an eye exam done but I did get my frames there. When I picked out my frames, they told me they would do rush shipping at no additional cost. My biggest complaint: they never called me to tell me that my glasses were in! Had I not called I doubt they would have called at all. Secondly, they are more focused on getting their "paperwork" done rather than helping customers. They flat out told me that store hours are 9-8 but they stop helping customers at 7:30 so they can finish up paperwork and not have to stay late. Generally, I felt rushed like I was severely inconveniencing them and that they didn't really want my business. I get that it's Walmart, but get over it! We all have better things to do!

My son had a second vision test after being prescribed glasses at this location one year ago. His right eye was more strained than his left. They informed us after this second test one year later, there was a need to change prescriptions because his left eye has now overcompensated. We waited weeks to pick up the glasses; he puts them on and finds that everything is extremely blurry. He says, they told me with the last ones it takes getting used to, but this is very blurry. I call and find they had entered a completely incorrect prescription. Not even close. My son is 10. Some children might just take the word of the people who are “specialists” and wear them because they were told it would take time to adjust. We are going out of town, now he will not have a valid pair of glasses for the duration. After experiences there, I’m getting a second opinion to in fact make sure they are diagnosing him correctly. With the strain put on his vision with glasses that are to correct that, and mistakes made, I do not trust their staff.

I have been to Wal-Mart's Vision Center in the past... not great, not bad. I called today to make an appointment and was asked if I could hold because they had a patient in front of them. I said sure. I waited for 10 minutes and called back. After approximately 8 rings the same person answered with the same request and I said no. She said "I have a patient in front of me I'm dealing with. I said, "Well now you've lost a patient. Goodbye". They have only ONE employee? Maybe you'll do well with only 1 patient!
